If you purchase, or already have, a licensed copy of any Jurik tool 
for a software platform, you may acquire another copy of the same tool(s)
for a lifetime license on a different platform at a discounted price.

The discount depends whether you are purchasing, or already have, a 
lifetime license or annual license on one or more tools, and the type 
of license you now wish to acquire.  Select one of the three situation 
tables below for proper pricing.

SITUATION 1  - additional lifetime licenses for the same tool(s)

Applies only to lifetime licenses (TS, XL, DL and MS toolsets). 
Does not apply to UT toolset.

If you purchased a lifetime license for one or more of these tools: 
[JMA VEL RSX CFB DDR WAV] **within the last 3 years**, you may acquire 
a lifetime license for the same tools on another qualified platform
at a discounted price. 

For example, if you purchased 2 Jurik tools for Excel **within the 
last 3 years** and want the same 2 tools for TradeStation, then 
according to the price schedule below, the fee is $205.

SITUATION 2  - migrating from lifetime license to annual license

If you purchased a lifetime license for one or more of these tools: 
[JMA VEL RSX] within the last 3 years, you may acquire an 
annual license of the Jurik "UT" toolset at a discounted price. 

For example, if you have JMA+RSX+VEL for TradeStation and want 
Jurik's "UT" toolset, the discount price is $156.

Please note that the discount price for annual licenses does NOT 
apply to subsequent renewals of the annual license. For all subsequent 
renewals of the "UT" toolset, the full renewal price is applied.

The discount depends on the number of specific Jurik tools involved.
