3. After installing the tools for Ensign, the user gets User Level Access, which allows plotting the indicators on charts and changing various plot properties.

After you install the Jurik tools, check to see if your version of WaveWi$e is sufficiently up-to-date. You can do this by selecting the "Function References" icon and see if all the Jurik tools you installed are in the function list. If not, you should upgrade your copy of WaveWi$e.
