When you purchase a user license from Jurik Research, we warranty the 
software will be operationally compatible with the software platforms as 
specified in our compatibility table, whose platform version numbers for 
each relevant product are specified at

No other warranty regarding product compatibility is expressed or implied. 

You recognize and accept that there is the possibility that a software platform 
developer may significantly change their product so as be incompatible with 
Jurik tools. Although Jurik Research may create a revised version of its tools 
to re-establish compatibility, no warranty is expressed or implied to that 
effect. In the case incompatibility does occur, Jurik Research is under no 
obligation to provide a refund, product exchange, revision or upgrade.
