Important Notice

After 34 years of successfully developing new tools for technical analysis, Jurik Research Software is winding down its operations. While initially our intention was simply to cease all sales, popular demand has prompted us to continue sales of new licenses and to provide copies to existing customers who want to re-install on new machines.

What this means ...

  • We removed the shopping cart, so all requests for purchasing must be sent to support@nfsmith.net.

  • Sales will be limited to licenses for the current versions of our software, which are known to work with Windows 8 through 11.

  • We do not expect to release future updates. Note that, in the future, Windows might change in a way that prevents our software from working.

  • Customer support will be available through email only.


Please read all software documentation prior to requesting assistance.

Please DO NOT ASK US to recommend parameter settings for trading any particular market.

Please read all provided documentation first and perhaps you can save additional time by viewing our FAQs for answers to common technical questions.

If we're not too busy, a consultant could help convert your trading ideas into code for TradeStation or Multicharts. You must have a clear idea of what your trading strategy is. We do NOT perform exploratory work, (unless you are prepared to spend at least $20,000). To request a fee estimate, please send us a clear description of your desired trading strategy along with any helpful charts (via fax) so we can estimate the labor involved.

If we choose to accept your task, we guarantee the code will perform as you specified, or we will keep working at it for no additional charge until it does, or we cancel the project and not charge you anything.

If telephone technical support does not solve your problem, the next step is for one of our staff members to access to your computer while you are watching your monitor and talking with us on the phone. To enable our access to your computer, you will download and run a small software module. The module will request your permission to let us use your mouse and keyboard to investigate the problem.
