Replacements and upgrades are NOT free trials. Paid-for passwords are required for installation.

We offer tech support ONLY AFTER you have read the manuals.

ONE FREE UPGRADE

You may receive ONE FREE UPGRADE to a more recent version of our software under one of these two conditions:

1. You request the upgrade within 6 months of your most recent purchase of Jurik Tools.

To place your request, email our sales office. Include your full name, date of purchase, phone number, and charting platform. Downloads only, no physical delivery.
2. Our sales office made a special arrangement with you.

Excluding the one-time exception for a free upgrade, all software replacements and upgrades carry a fee. The fee covers time spent processing your request, which includes verifying the correct products, passwords, recipient address, etc. Fee also includes cost of new or improved software (where applicable).
